1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site and its tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

Our image tools are free to use directly on the website with no sign up required for personal and commercial editing. You may not use the service to process images you do not have the rights to and you may not use it for any unlawful harmful or abusive purpose.

3. Accounts & API Access

Creating an account through Google sign in, Facebook sign in, or through an email and a password is only required if you want an API key to call our tools from your own app or website. You are responsible for keeping your API key private. Anyone who has your key can use it against your request quota. If your key is ever compromised you can regenerate it from your dashboard which immediately invalidates the old one.

When you sign in using Google or Facebook you authorize us to receive your basic profile information, name, email address, and profile picture, from that provider to create and identify your account. You are responsible for the security of the third-party account you use to sign in, and for reviewing that provider's own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for actions taken through your account if your Google or Facebook account itself is compromised. You can disconnect EraserImg from your Google or Facebook account at any time through that provider's account settings.

4. Plans, Usage Limits & Billing

Every account starts on the Free plan:

• Free at no cost. 19 tools and 40 API requests every 12 hours. The limit resets automatically and never expires
• Starter at $5 as a single payment. 34 tools and 300 requests per day active for 7 days from purchase
• Growth at $10 as a single payment. 49 tools and 600 requests per day active for 14 days from purchase
• Pro at $15 as a single payment. All tools and 1200 requests per day active for 30 days from purchase

Paid plans are single non recurring payments processed by our payment provider Paddle. We do not auto charge or auto renew your plan. When a paid plan's active period of 7 14 or 30 days ends your account automatically returns to the Free plan and its limits. To stay on a paid tier after that period you need to purchase it again from your dashboard. Current pricing tool counts and rate limits always appear on our Pricing page and our API documentation which reflect the live setup of the service.

Requests beyond your plan's limit or a call to a tool outside your current plan get rejected by the API with a 429 or 403 response instead of being billed extra. We do not offer refunds for unused requests once a plan period has started except where the law requires it.

Separately from the API plans above, using tools directly on the eraserimg.com website (with or without an account) is governed by its own free usage allowance: 40 tool uses every 12 hours, shown live as the tokens ring in the navbar. This allowance is tracked per browser/account and per network (IP address) so it cannot be refreshed by clearing cookies, logging out, or creating a new account from the same connection, and it resets automatically every 12 hours at no cost.

5. No Warranty

Tools are provided as is without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error free processing results.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service including loss of image data during processing.

7. Ownership

You keep full ownership of the images you upload and the results you download. We claim no rights over your content.

8. Account Termination

You may stop using the service and ask for account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service attempt to bypass rate limits or break these terms.

9. AI Chat Assistant & Acceptable Use

The chat assistant on this site is here to help with questions about EraserImg: plans, pricing, your account, credits, limits, and how our tools work. Please keep it to that. Messages are automatically screened, and the following will get you a warning and, if repeated or severe, a temporary block from the site for a short period:

• Abusing, insulting, or harassing the assistant
• Asking it to produce sexual, hateful, violent, illegal, or otherwise clearly inappropriate content
• Using it as a general-purpose chatbot for topics unrelated to EraserImg, such as general knowledge, homework, or unrelated news
• Trying to extract internal, admin, or other visitors' information, or the assistant's own configuration

A first-time or borderline message normally just gets a warning from the assistant. A temporary block only follows repeated warnings in the same conversation or a single severe attempt at abuse, and it lifts itself automatically after a short period. If you believe you were blocked in error, contact us at the email below.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
