General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms & Conditions apply specifically to paid plans and API use on EraserImg, in addition to our Terms of Service. Using every tool directly on the website remains free with no account and no charge, and is governed by the Terms of Service alone.
2. What You Get With a Paid Plan
A paid plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro) grants you a personal, non-exclusive right to call our API with your API key, for the number of days and up to the daily request limit stated for that plan on our Pricing page. Rights of use are personal to your account and may not be resold, rented, or handed to a third party.
3. Payment
All paid plans are one-time, non-recurring payments. We do not store your card details; checkout and payment are handled entirely by our payment processor Paddle, who acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Your plan activates as soon as payment is confirmed and automatically reverts to the Free plan once its active period (7, 14, or 30 days depending on the plan) ends. There is no auto-renewal, buying the plan again is the only way to extend it.
4. Refunds
All paid plan purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a payment is completed, whether or not the plan is used, except where required by law or for a genuine billing error such as a duplicate charge. 5. Fair Use
Requests beyond your plan's daily limit, or calls to a tool outside your current plan, are rejected by the API rather than billed as extra charges. We may restrict or suspend API access if we detect abuse, automated scraping unrelated to normal use, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the API and website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, upstream provider outages, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the API or the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using a paid plan at any time; because plans are one-time and non-recurring, there is nothing to cancel, simply do not purchase again. We may terminate or suspend your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or the Terms of Service.
9. Changes
We may update these General Terms & Conditions from time to time, most often when plan pricing, limits, or included tools change. The current version always applies going forward; continued use of a paid plan after an update means you accept the revised terms.
