Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

EraserImg's paid plans (Starter Growth and Pro) are one time non recurring payments processed through our payment provider Paddle. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. This policy explains our refund position so it is clear before you buy.

All sales are final

Once a payment for a paid plan is completed it is final and non refundable. This applies whether or not you end up making any API calls on that plan. We do not offer partial refunds, credit, or exchanges for a plan you decide not to use.

Please review the plan limits duration and pricing on our Pricing page carefully before purchasing, since payment confirms you accept this policy.

Before you buy

Every plan starts on our Free tier limits so you can test how a tool behaves before paying for higher limits. If you are unsure which plan fits your usage, reach out through our Contact page first. Once a purchase is made we are not able to reverse it, so we ask that you confirm the plan is right for you beforehand.

Cancellation

Because paid plans are one time payments with a fixed active period of 7 14 or 30 days depending on the plan there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. Your account simply returns to the Free plan once the active period ends. If you no longer want to continue on a paid tier you can let it expire and choose not to purchase it again.

Legal exceptions

Where applicable consumer protection law in your country grants you a refund right that overrides this policy, that law will always take priority. We will also correct a genuine billing error, such as a duplicate charge for the same order.

Chargebacks & disputes

If a charge is disputed with your bank or card provider instead of being raised with us directly, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account and API key while the dispute is reviewed, and to share the order and usage details for that plan with Paddle as evidence.
